I tried to get them to stand by the warranty, but got no help. I still have the defective bottle and cap. I could include a picture. I did include it when I tried to get help before..
The cap came off, and spilled the bottle everywhere. The cap is too large to fit the top threads of the bottle.
I bought a bottle of this and the cap fell off and spilled it all over the counter, floor, and everything. I tried to get a replacement, but got no customer service.
They said it was under warranty, but did not keep their promise.
