A: No. They are meant for external use only.
Using essential oils aromatically, topically, and other external methods will provide the best and safest results, but ingesting essential oils internally actually will provide neither the most effective nor the safest health benefits.
We understand that some major brands in the current market do promote the internal use of essential oils, but they may very well be making such claims haphazardly simply for money-making motives. But not us at LAGUNAMOON. There is just too much misguided information being spread by these unethical suppliers, greedy sales agents, and misinformed “ambassadors” of MLM Multi-Level Marketing companies about the supposedly “safe” use of essential oils internally.
No matter who tells you otherwise, essential oils are best used aromatically and through other external methods only, and not internally.
