Directions for Use
1. Aromatherapy/Diffusion Use a few drops for diffusion or room spray. Alternatively, add a few drops onto aroma stones, cotton balls, reeds or other items to enjoy the unique scents whenever you like. Sleep-aid: Add one drop on your pillow for a restful night's sleep.
2. Massage Dilute 3-5 drops of the essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil before applying it to the skin. Massage it gently on your skin for better absorption.
3. Bath & Shower Add a few drops of the essential oil to your shower gels or the bath you draw for some heaven-like aroma and multiple skin benefits.
4. Other Uses Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. Apply the diluted oil to desired areas.
How To Store:
Store oils out of direct sunlight, preferably in a refrigerator.
Avoid heat sources.
Keep the cap tightly closed on the bottle.
Alternatively, store them in an aromatherapy storage box.
If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor's care, consult your physician.
Always test for skin sensitivity prior to widespread use and use on the feet when possible.
Excessive use of any oil can lead to skin sensitization.
Keep out of reach of children.
